Sellers take note… It’s a Buyer’s Market for detached (Houses) in the Fraser Valley for July 2024. Stat’s are showing a Sales-to-Actives ratio of 11.5% - indicating for every 100 homes listed, only 11.5 homes are selling. (Anything under 12% is considered a Buyer’s market).
With plenty of inventory, Sellers are having to compete for those qualified Buyers. And Buyers are being selective! The types of homes selling are those that are stand-outs - usually in tip-top condition and/or competitively priced.
